My Cat

I have three cats at home in Hong Kong, why I have three cats at home. Originally, I have one female white cat, one day, my cat brought his cat to my house. After that day, my cat got pregnant and gave born two black and white cats. Surprisingly, one of the baby cat is completely black in color. I chase back his father had one black point on the head, the other part of the body is completely white as my snow. Another baby cat is white color, she likes to play and run around with the other baby cat. After couple months, they knew how to go out of my house to play and went to visit my neighbor house without their permission. They ate the cat food of my neighbor, walked around in their house and jump up and down in their apartment to play with their cats. But my neighbor is so generous to my cats and feed them food every time. Sometimes, when I hold one of the baby cat, the other one will feels jealous on the other and kept shouting, sometimes even fight the other one. So, I will treat them equally, once I hold this, then will hold the other immediately. Feed them in the same time and called their name at the same time. Play and sleep with them together. Therefore, they can feel your love and feel happy.

Also, my cat will feel angry and scratch at me if he sleeps. Similarly, he knows very well who treat him good or not, Like my brother treat him no good, it often hides itself at the corner. In opposite, it will stick to me and keeps calling me when I came back, it even run outside the house to welcome me when I opened the door every day, or when I called his name, he can understand and came to me. Every country has its own education system. Some people even said education can represents the culture of the country. Such as in Finland, students not need to pay tuition from kindergarten to university. The government of Finland always encourages people to study more no matter how old of the age. Like in Hong Kong and in Canada, both countries have its own special educational system, and their educations are completely different.

Just like in Canada, instructor often encourages students to express or suggest their opinions, instructor often wants student have a creative thinking. Therefore, it is more alive in the lesson of Canada. However, in Hong Kong, the instructor often encourages the student to be good listener to listen carefully in the lesson and try not to disturb the instructor during the lessons, give answer after student raise up their hand and wait until the instructor allows you to say. So, the class becomes more silent. On the other hand, the education in Canada likes to arrange a group discussion for the student, but in Hong Kong, each class have at least forty students to fifty students each class, this is not easy to run the small groups to have discussion question. In contrast with Hong Kong, teachers in Canada are more humorous and more alive, nevertheless, teachers in Hong Kong are more serious. Unlike my instructor in Canada will make joke to us during lesson. Not just lecture us or arrange the assignment only.

How to cook fry rice

One of my interests is cooking. I like to cook Chinese food and desert. Because I feel cooking is very flexible for me to mix with any food you like. As a result, it can become different taste. Today, I want to share a simple Chinese Fry rice. This is called Yeung Chow fry rice which can order in any Chinese restaurants. First of all, you need to go to market to buy some plain rice, barbeque pork, some eggs, some vegetable such as Choi Sum or Pak Choi, one stalk of carrot or some green bean if want to add more. Then, cut the barbeque pork and vegetable into cube size, fry one or two eggs and put it on a small pate, next cut into mince and cut the carrot into slices. After that, prepare a small tea spoon of grapeseed oil on the wok, put all the ingredients to fry for a while on wok except the plain rice. Put it on plate. Put a tea spoon of grapeseed oil to the wok, put the plain rice to fry for about 2 minute, then, put all the other ingredients with the rice and fry for about 3 minute. Finally sprinkle some sea salt. Put them on plate. Serve hot.

Met my friend in the church

This week, I went to see my church member in the church, I saw the priest and some elders who I knew them for a long time. I feel very happy to see them. I knew them since I was fifteen year old. Since we grow up together, many of my friends have baby and brought them to the church. The church was full of baby crying voice. Although we have a congregation at the time, the priest was sharing the Bible. However, some church members were disturbed by the baby voice. I still can hear the Bible sharing. When I saw my friends, they were very nice to me, they also prepare the meals, desert and fruit for the lunch. Finally, each of everyone pay CA$3.00 dollar for the lunch. It was so good to enjoy the cheap meal and went with my friend. Finally, they had a thanksgiving time for one of the sister who have a new born baby one month ago. Their whole family came out to share their happiness and give thanks to the Lord Jesus.
